Dr. Risa Regalado’s journey with our practice is truly one of a kind. She first joined our team in 2006 as a chairside dental assistant after earning her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Inspired to further her career in dentistry, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California, where she was recognized on multiple occasions on the Dean’s List and received the Violet Bonney Scholarship Award. She returned to our office in 2011 as our very first dental hygienist and helped build our hygiene department into the thriving practice it is today.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Dall’Olmo encouraged Risa to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a dentist. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, and we are thrilled to welcome her back as an associate dentist.
Having cared for patients as a dental assistant, hygienist, and now dentist, Dr. Risa brings nearly two decades of experience, a gentle touch, and a genuine passion for helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
